PLEASURE SYMPHONY was created for the exhibition „Anton zwischen den Welten“, curated and produced by KUVA Leonding.
The curators invited eight visual artists and chose a composer for each artist to create sound work, related to the visual work.
PLEASURE SYMPHONY is connected to work of Janine Weger, titled SYMPHONY NO.7 IN W MAJOR. Janine uses vibrators, among other things, to create her visuals.
The exhibition is part of the Bruckner-year 2024, that celebrates Anton Bruckner’s 200th birthday.
It runs from September 2024 to January 2025.
